Add-on: Business Longevity
Enhance your program with a Longevity module featuring presentations and sessions. Professional support: Michaela Altenberger (Neuro-Longevity and Regeneration).
Business Longevity makes health, regeneration, and mental clarity in a professional context tangibly experienceable – as a thematic extension that goes far beyond a classic framework program. The module is aimed at seminar participants without prior knowledge and focuses on areas where sustainable performance is particularly relevant today: focus, resilience, sleep, cellular health, and conscious regeneration. This creates an additional offering that provides impulses for the moment and simultaneously has a long-term effect.
Michaela Altenberger supports the theme with her expertise in Neuro-Longevity and regeneration in a high-performance context. Possible content ranges from the most important longevity principles for a healthy, performance-capable life to stress regulation and the nervous system, as well as Longevity & Leadership and strategies for cellular health, better sleep, and emotional resilience.
Additionally, Andreas Breitfeld, Germany's most renowned biohacker and longevity expert, complements the offering with further freely combinable thematic modules. These include Longevity Essentials, Biohacking Basics, Hormones & Aging, Light, Cold & Movement, modern technologies, as well as sleep as a central tool for longevity, regeneration, and mental performance capability. The formats range from short presentations to interactive sessions with Q&A and can also be booked as a module series over several days.
In addition, special Longevity coffee breaks and selected add-ons can be integrated – such as consciously curated snacks and drinks, cold chambers, private yoga sessions, or sound bath sessions for groups. More information can be found in the overview of the Business Longevity offerings.
